Terms of portal use

Updated 5 October 2026. This portal helps Sri Renuka Devi Chits administrators and enrolled customers maintain and view their chit records.

Account access

Use your own administrator-approved account. Keep your password private, sign out on shared devices, and contact the administrator if your account is mapped to the wrong person or chit. Google sign-in requires an email approved for that customer. The administrator manages enrollments and access.

Payments and proof

The portal records payments; it does not transfer money. Submit accurate details and payment proof for your own installments. Uploading a screenshot does not confirm a payment. The balance changes after the administrator checks the receipt and records or approves the payment. Partial receipts leave the remaining amount due.

Records and corrections

Contribution schedules, allocations and confirmed payouts are shown separately. The administrator can correct a payment through a recorded reversal and replacement entry. Report discrepancies to the administrator so they can check the underlying receipt and history.

Your chit arrangement

Your enrollment and financial arrangement are handled with Sri Renuka Devi Chits. This portal displays the recorded schedule and status; contact the administrator for your chit agreement, payment instructions, payout arrangements and questions about those records.
